The My Fit Life Seasonal Online Challenges are designed to make it enjoyable and achievable to start moving more.
Each Challenge is 6 weeks long – long enough to establish new routines and habits, but short enough to maintain interest.
The programme is all run online via a VIP access only page on this website.
When you register for the programme you will set a short term fitness goal. I can help you to choose and clarify this.
You will be invited to join a private Facebook group and encouraged to share your chosen short term fitness goal on there with others. This will help others to support you and keep you accountable.
I will then post a series of weekly online workout videos that include aspects that will support everyone to achieve their fitness goal.
Each 6 week programme will also have an additional “Just for Fun” fitness challenge that I will set for everyone in the group. This will be optional, but it will be fun!
Members of the Challenge will be encouraged to support one another and I will email and post additional information that I think the Challenge participants will find helpful.
From time to time special guests will also share tips with the Challenge participants based on what is relevant to the fitness goals for that Challenge.

There will be one Seasonal Online Challenge run each season throughout the year.
Please note that as I am based in New Zealand dates and times will be New Zealand based, but the programme content will be designed to be as global as possible.
