Negotiating my way in life, from my childhood in the mountains of Switzerland, through adventures in education, travel and motherhood, exercise for me has always been non-negotiable.
I’ve run, walked and biked in many parts of the world and through many life events. I have always found solace and freedom in physical activity that takes you out of yourself, yet connects you to the innermost parts of your being.
Along with your heart and muscles working physically, the influence of your environment bringing an uplifting sense of accomplishment is an important factor in how you experience exercise. Being outdoors extends you more, whether on foot or bike – how far can you see and how far can you go? It’s hard not to love the fresh air, the earthiness of the land, and time to yourself each day in nature.
Combining my love of exercise and the outdoors with my Personal Trainer qualifications (attained in Australia and New Zealand) I am committed to sharing my knowledge and passion by bringing exercise opportunities to others in the great outdoors.
My goal is to facilitate exercise opportunities for others in small groups designed around the needs of my clients. Whether your goal is weight loss, flexibility, upper/lower body or core strength, event preparation, to discover exercise again after life-changing circumstances or to just get moving, I am here to help you do just that.
My group sessions are motivating and challenging while also being personal and friendly, where exercise is not a chore, but a love and an exquisitely enjoyable everyday activity.
