Small Group Training

Small and fun classes in the great outdoors with a personal trainer.
We cater for all fitness levels and make sure you use your whole body.
Strength, flexibility, core and cardio through a wide variety of physical activities.

All you have to do is turn up to your first free class and we will do the rest!

Box Fun

Boxfun will give you a full body workout. It mainly consists of boxing combinations using gloves and pads, mixed up with full body exercises. Suitable for all levels.

Off Road Running/Walking Group

Instructor guided off-road group running/walking session.

Each Wednesday we will run/walk different locations on the Port Hills. Every fitness level welcome.
