Whether you are trying to experience more energy or less back pain, increase your flexibility, get stronger, overcome an injury, learn to swim, quit smoking, sleep better, learn pole dancing or compete in a new event the 20 week challenge is a supportive and rewarding way for you to pursue the achievement of your health and fitness goals.

Over a period of 20 weeks, with the help and support of your personal trainer, you will get to focus on two key areas of your health and fitness that you would like to improve on.

The challenge is run through the winter in an attempt to keep you more engaged when you might be feeling less motivated, this means by the time you finish, you’ll not only be in to win lots of great prizes, but you will be in a position to really make the most of your new you.

KEY DATES
2 April 2017: Last chance for an early bird entry ($99.00 instead of $129.00).
You must enter and pay through the 20weekchallenge.co.nz website. You can always change categories at a later stage.

2 May 2017: Official 20 week challenge start day. All pre-testing and goal setting sessions to be completed in the first week of May by My Fit Life.

9 July 2017: Half way stage, catch-up and share progress (event to be confirmed)

17 September 2017: Official last day of 20 week challenge.

20 September 2017: Final weigh in and fitness testing

29 October 2017: 20 week challenge awards afternoon in Christchurch followed by My Fit Life celebratory dinner afterwards
